Advanced techniques for practitioners
Many students repeat our shamanic practitioner training, with some returning year after year (the current record is 15 years, held by Dani, a member of our team in Romania).
We deepen our work, we always learn something new, and we find that we can begin to serve the group as a support to others.
And, there are also advanced techniques that are not appropriate to cover during the Medicine Wheel & Healing Tools shamanic practitioner training. These tools become relevant to us as we do more of our own practice and more work with clients.
Therefore, every three years or so, two Advanced Practitioner Masterclasses are offered, by invitation.
The Advanced Practitioner Masterclass
This Masterclass is for students working as shamanic practitioners who have been around the Medicine Wheel & Healing Tools training year at least three times.
The skills and techniques covered in this class take some specialist aspects of this training to greater depth. This class gives us the time to learn and then practice together, and ask questions about experiences with our clients that these techniques address. We find that the students who are ready for this class begin asking the questions that this class answers without realising it!
Space Clearing
This is a service that we provide (so you can book a space clearing as a client via this website); and it is a specialised practitioner skill that we teach in this Masterclass.
Space Clearing is a technique that some students, as they become shamanic practitioners, find themselves drawn to; and it too is a skill that some practitioners find that they need as they work with more clients over the years.
Space Clearing work is also different to ‘normal’ client work, in that it involves at least a day of being on site, it can involve working with another or other practitioners as a small team, as well as doing all the usual healing work with your client too.
As our own personal healing practice deepens
As we become more seasoned practitioners, we also find ourselves in need of healing sessions that go deeper. As always, we do our own personal healing work first and foremost; we practice together as a community; and we then able to share new skills in our sessions for our clients.
Therefore these two masterclasses are only offered to students who have done multiple years of training, who do their personal healing work, who have attended the Shadow Masterclass, who have their practitioner certificate, and who work with clients.
The most recent Advanced classes took place in March 2025 in the UK, so the next opportunity to join is a little way off, and is most likely to be hosted by our school in Romania. We will post future class dates here, and in our newsletter.
